**Position: Shuttle Dispatcher Supervisor** **Location: Anchorage International Airport Pay: $23.75/hour Schedule: 11pm to 7am; the work days will vary and may include weekends \*\*A valid driver's license is required for this role\*\*** At Reimagined Parking, we believe great people drive great results. The Dispatcher Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the dispatch team, ensuring all shuttle and transportation services operate safely, efficiently, and according to Reimagined Parking and client standards. This role provides direct supervision to dispatchers and Dispatcher Leads, oversees scheduling and workflow, ensures accurate communication with drivers, and supports service delivery across the entire operation. The Dispatcher Supervisor is responsible for monitoring performance, coaching team members, resolving operational issues, and maintaining service reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a Dispatcher Supervisor, you will lead a critical part of the transportation operation, ensuring service reliability, safety, and exceptional customer experience. You’ll guide the dispatch team, support strategic operations, and contribute to a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
