### **Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist** **Location:** Rotherham **Start Date:** ASAP **Contract:** Temporary **Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30 Our client is seeking an experienced **Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist** to join their team in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled OT to provide high-quality care and support to children and families in a community setting. --- ### **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver specialist paediatric occupational therapy interventions in line with best practice. - Administer, score, and report on standardized assessments including **Movement ABC-2**, **VMI**, and **TVPS**. - Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support children’s functional development and participation. - Provide advice and guidance to parents, carers, and education staff to promote inclusion and independence. --- ### **Requirements:** - HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist. - Minimum **2 years’ experience in paediatrics**. - Competence in administering and interpreting **Movement ABC-2**, **VMI**, and **TVPS** assessments. - Ability to start **ASAP** and commit through November. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. --- ### **Why Join Our Client?** - Opportunity to make a real impact on children’s development and quality of life. - Supportive team environment with access to resources and training. - Competitive rates and flexible arrangements.
