No prior dance teaching experience is required—we provide professional training for the right candidates. **Some of our most successful instructors started with no dance background at all.** This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active, and developing a skill-based career with strong growth potential. **Hiring Process (Audition-Based)** All candidates begin with a **2-week audition period (approximately 10 hours total)**. This period is designed to introduce you to our studio environment and teaching approach while allowing us to evaluate fit. During the audition, you will: - Observe private and group lessons - Learn foundational dance techniques - Practice movement and partner connection with instructors - Become familiar with our curriculum and expectations **Note:** The audition period is educational and observation-based. Candidates do not teach or work with students during this time. At the conclusion, selected candidates will complete a **paid evaluation lesson** (mock or with a new student).
