Paralegal, Compliance & Automation | Legal Assistant (1-year Contractor / Full-Time) 法務助理

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Conducting anti-social forces background check
2. Developing and improving the anti-social forces screening automation workflow
3. Assisting in administrative matters related to the legal function, such as managing and maintaining contracts/legal documents, ensuring smooth operations within legal team.
4. Supporting intellectual property rights matters
5. Maintaining legal team's corporate internal training materials
6. Supporting the review of standard agreements and simple contracts.
7. Supporting other corporate legal tasks assigned by the supervisor

【Requirement for the role】
1. Background in law or related fields with 1 year+ experience
2. Proficiency in reading English
3. Awareness of current affairs and proficient in using search engines or other tools for information retrieval
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and understands the importance of confidentiality
5. Proficient in leveraging AI tools (such as Gemini, Claude, and Cursor) within professional workflows.

【Nice to have】
1. Basic understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.

【工作內容】
1. 負責反社會勢力背景調查
2. 建置並優化反社會勢力背景調查自動化流程
3. 協助法務行政工作，如管理、維護合約或法律相關文件等行政作業，確保法務部門任務執行順暢。
4. 協助公司智慧財產權相關事務
5. 維護法務部門對公司內部教育訓練教材
6. 協助簡易合約審閱
7. 處理其他主管交辦事項

【條件要求】
1. 法律背景或有相關工作經驗（1年以上）
2. 具英文閱讀能力
3. 具備一定時事敏感度，並擅長使用搜尋引擎或其他工具進行資料檢索作業
4. 細心且負責任感，理解保密重要性。
5. 擅長應用AI工具（例如:Gemini, Claude, Cursor）於工作情境中

【加分項】
1. 對KYC（Know Your Customer）流程有基礎概念
