Paraprofessional (RBT)

If you love working with children, supporting families, and helping clients reach their goals, **we’d love to meet you.** ### What You'll Do - Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings - Collect session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours - Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) - Participate in 7-day and 30-day new-hire check-ins - Communicate professionally with families and supervising BCBAs - Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families ### What We're Looking For - At least **6 months of experience** working with children with developmental disabilities - Current RBT certification **or willingness to obtain certification** - Experience with ABA data collection and documentation - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, creativity, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting the Autistic community - Ability to work independently and collaboratively ### What Makes Someone Stand Out? ⭐ You bring **compassion, creativity, patience, and consistency** to every session.
