CDMS (Chemical Data Management Systems) is a premier Environmental Health and Safety consulting firm serving businesses across California. We help companies meet their Air Quality, Wastewater, Hazardous Material, Storm Water, and Safety requirements — so they can focus on their core business while we take care of EH&S. We're hiring a smart, detail-oriented, and collaborative person to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. Schedule 5-hour shifts, 5 days a week (25 hours/week). What You'll Be Doing Data entry, printing, and scanning documents. Shipping documents and sampling kits to our clients. Managing and maintaining the office. Answering phones and handling incoming inquiries professionally. Supporting our Environmental Specialists by preparing binders for on-site placement. Using everyday technology and AI tools to work smarter — automating documents, organizing digital files, and streamlining office tasks.
