**Location:** Cupertino / Los Altos (Occasional support across sites)

**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative & Operational Support**
- Assist with daily office tasks, including printing, filing, material preparation, and basic data entry.
- Manage supply organization: monitor inventory, restock classroom materials, and prepare teaching kits.
- Support logistics such as equipment setup, classroom readiness, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Help coordinate campus resources during peak times (weekends, special programs, etc.).

**Front Desk & Customer Service**
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Support check-in processes, class reminders, and general parent inquiries.
- Assist with student gift redemption, merchandise distribution, and prize inventory.
- Provide basic program information and guide families to the appropriate staff members when needed.

- Help prepare printed materials, worksheets, and classroom supplies for teachers.
