CPR and First Aid certified, or willingness to obtain Vaccinations (general/COVID/Flu) About Our Family We're a warm, down-to-earth family of four in Mobile, Alabama, searching for an exceptional House Manager & Family Assistant who loves creating calm, organized homes and finds genuine fulfillment in making everyday life easier for others. Life in our home is beautifully full. Between school schedules, work travel, appointments, activities, and the natural rhythm of family life, there's always something happening. Our two teens are truly the heart of our home, and we love being involved in their day-to-day lives. Dad travels frequently for work, and Mom keeps the heart of the household beating—but she's ready to hand over the day-to-day logistics to someone she can truly trust. We're looking for far more than someone to complete a checklist. We want a partner in our home—someone who takes ownership, notices the little things before they become big things, and quietly creates an environment where our family can simply enjoy being together. Our home already has wonderful vendors who help in various capacities, but our vision is to simplify. Rather than coordinating multiple people each week, we'd love one dependable professional who can become the central hub of our household, bringing consistency, thoughtful organization, and a true sense of ease. If you've ever found joy in transforming a busy home into a peaceful one, creating systems that actually work, preparing nourishing meals, and knowing your work genuinely improves someone's quality of life, you'll feel right at home here. Who You Are / What We're Looking For You’re efficient and professional, and you understand that the best household professionals don’t just complete tasks. They create an environment where life feels lighter, calmer, and easier. Attentive and proactive: You notice what needs doing before anyone asks, whether that’s refilling the pantry, straightening the kitchen, or prepping ahead for a busy week. Comfortable in the kitchen: You enjoy cooking with whole, organic foods, planning weekly menus, and bringing fresh recipe ideas. You don’t need to be a gourmet chef, just someone who loves making nourishing, family-friendly meals. Organized without being rigid: You create systems that last, keep laundry moving, and reset the kitchen and laundry hub so the home feels ready for the next day. Self-starter with a sense of ownership: You work confidently on your own, spot the gaps, and take initiative without waiting for direction. Dependable and honest: You show up when you say you will, follow through on commitments, and communicate openly so the family can fully trust you in their home. Calm and intuitive: Your steady presence brings peace to the home. You read the room, communicate thoughtfully, and know when to give the family space.
