This unique opportunity offers the ability to work approximately 13 weeks per year while earning a starting salary of $300,000 , providing exceptional flexibility and work-life balance. This role provides independent, in-house overnight coverage with a focus on: Airway management throughout the hospital OB anesthesia call and support Emergent and urgent cases that arise overnight Collaborating with surgical, ED, ICU, and OB teams to ensure safe and timely care The position is structured as a one week a month schedule , offering a predictable rotation and extended time off. What We’re Looking For: Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist Minimum 2–3 years of post-training experience preferred (or equivalent high-volume, high-autonomy experience) Strong skills in airway rescue , OB anesthesia , and emergency response Ability to work independently with confidence and sound clinical judgment Commitment to quality, patient safety, and teamwork Why Join Virtua Anesthesia – West?
