What We’re Looking For Active and unrestricted NP (APRN) or PA license Experience in aesthetics, cosmetic treatments, or wellness medicine is a plus — but not required! We provide free, paid training so you can confidently build your skills while earning. Familiarity with injectables and non-surgical procedures is helpful, but your willingness to learn is what matters most. Interest in hormone therapy or eagerness to expand your knowledge in this area Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to provide excellent client care Reliable, organized, and confident when making clinical decisions Passionate about helping clients look and feel their best every day What You’ll Do Conduct in-depth client consultations and medical assessments Administer Botox, dermal fillers, hormone therapy, and weight-loss injections Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care for long-lasting results Maintain a professional, comfortable, and welcoming environment Keep detailed and compliant medical records for all treatments Stay current on industry best practices and aesthetic techniques Uphold the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism Perks & Benefits $50–$65 hourly pay plus tips (depending on experience) Paid advanced training provided at no cost Employee discounts on products and services Opportunity to grow with a supportive and passionate team
