This position manages a wide range of operational and administrative tasks, contributing to a productive and positive work environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, meticulous, and resourceful individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a part-time role. ### What You’ll Do Office Operations and Administration: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office - Serve as a point person for the office and manage different vendors - Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies - Manage all company assets - Maintain the office budget by tracking all office expenses and ensuring timely payment - Manage all office-related projects Workplace Experience and Event Management: - Managing office and executives’ calendars - Planning, coordinating, and executing all office events - Fostering a positive work environment and facilitating collaboration between team members - Coordinating all safety and mandatory inspections, ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations Team Support and Coordination: - Aid with onboarding new employees - Support various departments with administrative and clerical tasks as needed - Work hand-in-hand with the IT department to troubleshoot and ensure proper functioning of all office systems ### “Must-have” profile of the successful candidate includes: - Proven experience as an Office Manager, Facilities Manager, Hotel Manager, or similar role - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) - Experience managing vendor relationships - Experience with event planning - Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proactive and problem-solving mindset - Strong attention to detail - Strong people skills with a professional and friendly demeanor - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Discretion and ability to manage confidential information - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ### “Nice-to-have” profile of the successful candidate includes: - Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field - Knowledge of CRM and Project Management systems is a plus - Previous experience with fleet management and/or equipment management - Proven track record of working on projects that involve multiple levels of the organization - Basic understanding of HR functions
