**About the Role** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Part-Time Recruiter** . This is a part-time opportunity designed for final-year students or fresh graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned projects, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent efficiently and effectively. ### Key Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels - Screen and filter applications based on job requirements - Conduct phone screenings and HR interviews - Coordinate and align with hiring managers throughout the hiring process - Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates - Organize and participate in open days and mass hiring events - Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases - Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience ### Requirements - Final-year university student or Fresh Graduate - 1 year experience freelance is preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Previous experience in recruitment (internship or part-time experience preferred) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple vacancies - Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
