Backed by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield with $150M+ raised, DevRev is trusted by global companies across industries. **About the role**DevRev's Partnership and Tech Alliances team is scaling a growing portfolio of strategic partnerships across a tiered partner model. We are looking for an owner to bring structure, rigor, and repeatability to how we build and run partner programs. **What you'll do** - Design partner programs across our tiered partner portfolio - joint GTM programs, co-sell and marketplace motions, competency/certification programs, and enablement initiatives. - Own program execution end-to-end: build the plan, coordinate stakeholders across partner and internal teams, track milestones, and drive to - outcomes. - Build the operational backbone - partner tracking, program dashboards, cadences, reporting, and process - so the team runs with rigor and - visibility. - Translate partnership strategy into structured, measurable programs with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics. - Maintain the source-of-truth view of partner program status, priorities, and results for leadership **What you'll bring** - 5 to 10 years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or sales operations - ideally in SaaS, cloud, or AI. - A builder's mindset: you create programs and processes where none exist and make them repeatable. - Strong execution discipline - you drive cross-functional programs to completion on time. - Analytical and operational rigor: comfortable with tracking, dashboards, metrics, and reporting. - Excellent stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners. - Strong written and structured-communication skills. - India-based, able to collaborate across US and APAC time zones with global partner and internal teams *DevRev is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.*
