You hold the full lead on the global management of this partner portfolio (its health, performance, revenue growth and ongoing validity), acting as a business strategist for your book : you own the commercial relationship, set the revenue target, track and grow revenue partner by partner, build the growth plan and defend the roadmap, manage conflicts and escalations, activate the right internal resources (Legal, Tech, Finance) on the issues you surface, and structure the tools that make the portfolio measurable. You also qualify the new inbound demand partner opportunities that reach Sparteo and feed a clean integration pipeline. Partner & Revenue Management Lead the global management of the partner: for every SSP and DSP, you own the relationship, the revenue growth and the partner's ongoing validity end-to-end. Run the operating cadence: regular business reviews (QBRs), roadmap alignment, and structuring the key touchpoints between the partner and our internal Product / Tech / Demand Operations teams. Manage conflicts and escalations: own the resolution of commercial, technical and financial disputes with partners, keeping the relationship healthy while protecting Sparteo's interests. Act as the internal voice of the partner: relay partner needs, specs and issues to the internal teams, and close the loop back. Qualify new inbound partners: assess the technical fit, expected uplift and strategic value of the SSPs / DSPs that reach out to Sparteo, and drive the contractual negotiation with Legal where needed. Feed the integration pipeline: hand off qualified, contracted partners to the Demand Operations – Integration team as a clean, prioritized brief, staying the relationship owner through onboarding, and keep a light watch on the SSP / DSP landscape to flag relevant opportunities. Revenue tracking & growth Track revenue at partner level (monthly consolidation, evolution vs M-1 / M-2, revenue share, YoY) and turn the numbers into concrete actions, leaning on the internal Partner Revenue Tracker and analytics. Grow the revenue of each partner: optimization levers (bid dynamics, supply management, QPS alignment with the Tech / TAM team, format expansion, deal / PMP setup) and building the business case for scaling volume. Own the yield conversation with each partner: challenge conditions, fees and performance; benchmark partners against each other; and reallocate where it maximizes net revenue. Monitor and resolve financial discrepancies in coordination with Legal, Finance and Tech / TAM teams. Structuring & internal coordination Structure the tracking tools: build and maintain the dashboards and reporting (revenue, discrepancies, partner health) that give the whole Demand org visibility on the portfolio. Don't just consume the data: own the way it is monitored. Activate the right internal resources on demand: according to the topics you identify, mobilize Legal (contracts, amendments), Tech / TAM (integration, throttling, specs) and Finance (billing, reconciliation). You drive and follow the process, each function owns its arbitration. Trigger and follow the compliance review for any partner that involves personal-data sharing (user IDs, consent strings, seller data): loop in the DPO / Programmatic Privacy team to validate the lawful basis, DPA and data minimization before go-live. Data protection is a hard requirement, not a formality. Your profile for this job 6–10 years of experience in adtech / programmatic, on the demand or monetization side (SSP, ad exchange, publisher/SSP partnerships, yield or partner management). Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem: Prebid / header bidding, OpenRTB, dynamic allocation, sellers.json / ads.txt / schain, and the roles of the major SSPs (Magnite, Index, Google/AdX, Amazon TAM/A9…). Strong commercial and negotiation skills: you can own a relationship with a Tier-1 SSP, challenge conditions and performance, negotiate a contract, and grow revenue autonomously. Conflict & stakeholder management: at ease resolving disputes with partners and mobilizing internal functions (Legal, Tech, Finance) to get them closed. Analytical & tooling mindset: comfortable reading revenue and performance data (RPM, fill, win rate, discrepancies) and structuring it into dashboards and an action plan. Contract literacy: at ease coordinating and negotiating contracts, IOs and DPAs with Legal, and aware of GDPR obligations when partners exchange personal data. Sound judgment on inbound BD: able to rigorously qualify an inbound partner opportunity and build a revenue-backed business case, without losing rigor on the existing portfolio. Language: fluent French and English (internal + partner communication). AI-native reflex: you structure your processes and documentation so intelligent systems can help you scale partner ops. A strategic thinker with an 'AI-native' reflex, you excel at deconstructing business complexity into flawless operational blueprints . You don't just use AI; you design the structured documentation and logic flows that allow intelligent systems to execute our vision with precision. Your mind set to share our adventure 🚀 You want to make an impact and move things forward collectively.
