Parts Intercept Specialist

Job Details: The Parts Intercept Specialist is responsible for using systems to identify calls with potential to order parts before a Service Technician first visits the consumer’s home, call the consumer to verify issue and appliance make/model, and place order for the part on behalf of the technician.
