**Help create pathways to stability and opportunity by connecting people with the housing resources they need to thrive. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p** The PATH Coordinator helps individuals experiencing housing challenges connect with resources, services, and community supports that promote housing stability and positive outcomes. This community-focused role builds relationships with consumers, landlords, service providers, and community partners while helping individuals navigate housing and other essential supports.
