Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm.** As a **Patient Care Specialist** in our primary care team, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to **Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness.** You’ll support patients—especially those with no or limited insurance—by coordinating referrals, managing assistance programs, and ensuring they get the right care at the right time. This full-time, Monday–Friday role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping others navigate the healthcare system with compassion and clarity.
