We can’t wait to meet you! ### Essential Functions - Under the direct supervision of the Physician Support Manager - Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services. - Schedules/re-schedules patient appointments at the appropriate facility and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintains designated account folder following departmental expectations. - Communicates regularly with assigned referring offices and appropriate sales representatives. - Ensures patients have been cleared for specific diagnostic tests. - Collect and enter patient demographic and insurance information as needed. - Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures. - Basic computer skills required. Has knowledge of insurance plans. - Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. - Other duties as assigned by Manager. - Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service. - Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment. - Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations. ### Other Duties - Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
