Employment Type: Part time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: Position Purpose: Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID is hiring a Patient and Equipment Transporter. This position is responsible for the internal transport of patients and the distribution of assignment equipment. Position Highlights and Benefits: **This position does not offer insurance benefits** **You will not earn paid time off** Schedule Information: This position will work various days and shifts, helping with coverage as team members are sick or on vacation. Shifts are expected to be afternoon/evening similar to: 2pm-10:30pm Daily Pay benefit available. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required. Prior experience in customer service and/or patient care preferred but not required. What You Will Do: Respond to all questions and requests in a timely manner, providing the highest degree of customer service to patients and staff alike. Coordinates with team to dispatch transporters appropriately. Execute established procedures for decontamination, inspection, delivery of equipment and customer service relations. Demonstrate use of transfer techniques and equipment as needed.
