Responsibilities - Leading strategic initiatives in payer back office operations to drive modernization and efficiency - Guiding teams in the development and implementation of operations strategies tailored to health services clients - Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to optimize operational processes and performance metrics - Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and engagement - Developing and executing change management plans to support business transformation efforts - Promoting operational excellence through process improvement and optimization techniques - Conducting market research and operating effectiveness reviews to identify opportunities for service delivery model enhancements - Coaching teams in logistics management and operations support to achieve service excellence - Applying strategic questioning and storytelling to convey impactful messages and drive decision-making - Validating quality standards implementation to maintain compliance and operational integrity What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance - Demonstrating advanced skills in operations strategy and management consulting - Utilizing business data analytics to drive operational excellence - Leading change management initiatives in health services sector - Innovating process improvement and optimization strategies - Engaging stakeholders through strategic questioning and storytelling - Applying logistics management to enhance service delivery models Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
