As a professional and team manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering reliable solutions that support our workforce and contribute to Alstom's legacy of operational integrity. Your Role, Your Impact Optimize payroll processes for scalability and efficiency across multiple business units Collaborate with HR, finance, and local teams to ensure seamless payroll integration Maintain high reliability in payroll delivery, ensuring compliance with local regulations Champion innovation by implementing new payroll technologies and best practices Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the payroll and HR teams You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
