Group Human Resources Supervisory Department includes various functions such as payroll, training, recruiting, and HRBP. We are looking for a new member to strengthen resourcing for the processes related to paying compensation and allowances for employees on overseas assignments. Position Details ・Support for payroll processing for employees on overseas assignments ・Annual administrative support for employees departing for overseas assignments (including TEQ, year-end tax adjustments upon departure, and tax filing upon return) ・Administration and tracking of overseas assignee information ・Operations related to international transfers (moving employees to overseas entities) ・Improving operational processes ・Handling inquiries from assignees ・Other related tasks Note: You may also be asked to participate in and manage projects within the team, as well as cross-functional projects across the department (e.g., QCC activities or handling transfer cases). Work Environment The Global Mobility & Coordination Group, part of the HR Operations Section within the Employee Relations Department , consists of approximately five members. The team works in close coordination-especially with the relocation support members within the same group where information sharing is essential-and has a collaborative culture to move cases forward together. Previous job was at a manufacturing company as an HR person in charge of managing overseas assignees, and then joined Rakuten. The person supported day-to-day operations in the Mobility Group as a team member for three years, and later advanced to Group Manager, and performed successfully.
