Role: Payroll Specialist Location: Westborough, MA (onsite role) **Full Time** **We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring** Holistic Industries is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team and help ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and payroll regulations. This role is a key resource for both team members and managers, partnering closely with our payroll provider to support a smooth and positive payroll experience across multiple locations. **Your Impact** - Own the end-to-end bi-weekly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely pay for employees across multiple entities - Review and audit timesheets, partnering with managers to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance - Serve as the go-to resource for employee payroll questions, providing responsive support and issue resolution - Maintain payroll records and employee updates, including pay changes, taxes, direct deposits, and deductions - Partner with our payroll provider to ensure payroll taxes, reporting, and deductions are processed accurately - Support compliance efforts, workers' compensation reporting, audits, and payroll system training for employees **Your Strengths** - Experience processing payroll in a multi-state environment, with a strong understanding of payroll practices and compliance requirements - Comfortable working with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Excel; Kronos experience is a plus - Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for spotting issues before they become problems - Strong communicator who enjoys supporting employees and building relationships across teams - Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment **If we are EMPATHETIC, HONORABLE & ACCOUNTABLE** **And we grow ourselves and business with GRIT then we will be** **CHAMPIONS OF CANNABIS** **Why Join Us:** Holistic Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive base pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
