In dieser Rolle liegt Dein Fokus auf der operativen Abwicklung der Payroll, der Pflege von Stammdaten sowie der Betreuung der Zeitwirtschaft. Mit Deiner Genauigkeit und Deinem Fachwissen in der österreichischen Personalverrechnung leistest Du einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu einem verlässlichen internen Service und unterstützt aktiv den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Inhouse-Payroll. Du organisierst Deine Arbeitszeit flexibel und orientierst Dich dabei an Fristen und Terminen, die für Deine Aufgaben relevant sind.
Eigenständige Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Kontrolle der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere Mitarbeitenden in Österreich
Erstellung von Dienstverträgen und Zusatzvereinbarungen, Verwaltung von An- und Abwesenheiten, Urlaubsständen sowie Abrechnung von Dienstreisen
Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und externe Stellen bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten, Sicherstellung der Datenqualität sowie Erstellung von Personalstatistiken und Auswertungen
Kommunikation mit Behörden und Ämtern sowie externen Steuerberatern der ausländischen Gesellschaften
Unterstützung bei Prüfungen, Mitarbeit an Payroll-Projekten sowie laufende Optimierung interner Prozesse in enger Abstimmung mit HR, Finance und Controlling
Abgelegte Personalverrechnerprüfung sowie erste praktische Erfahrung in der operativen Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld bzw. im Anlagenbau
Gute Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Payroll-Systemen (Infoniqa, BMD etc.) sowie mit Zeitwirtschafts- und HR-Tools
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Strukturierte, genaue und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Teamorientierung

In this role, your focus is on the operational processing of payroll, maintaining master data, and managing timekeeping. With your accuracy and expertise in Austrian payroll accounting, you make a significant contribution to a reliable internal service and actively support the establishment and further development of our in-house payroll. You organize your working time flexibly, aligning with deadlines and dates relevant to your tasks.
Independent preparation, execution, and control of ongoing payroll for our employees in Austria
Drafting employment contracts and addenda, managing attendance and absences, tracking vacation balances, and processing business travel expenses
Point of contact for employees, managers, and external entities regarding wage tax and social security law issues
Maintenance and management of personnel master data, ensuring data quality, and creating personnel statistics and evaluations
Communication with authorities, offices, and external tax consultants of foreign companies
Support in audits, participation in payroll projects, and ongoing optimization of internal processes in close coordination with HR, Finance, and Controlling
Completed payroll accountant exam and first practical experience in operational payroll accounting, ideally in an international environment or in plant construction
Good knowledge of Austrian labor, social insurance, and wage tax law
Experience with common payroll systems (Infoniqa, BMD, etc.) as well as timekeeping and HR tools
Very good German and good English language skills
