PCBs Test Engineer (Relocation Assistance)

Job description

**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled **Test Engineer** with extensive experience in **printed circuit board (PCB) testing** to join our engineering team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, validating PCB functionality, and ensuring product quality and reliability. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on testing skills, deep understanding of PCB design and electronics, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering environment. **Relocation assistance available if needed.** ### Responsibilities: - Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on PCBs and electronic assemblies - Develop and execute test plans, test procedures, and test fixtures/jigs for PCB validation - Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshooting at the component and board level - Utilize oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and other lab equipment to perform testing - Interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documentation to support test activities - Document test results, identify failure trends, and recommend corrective actions - Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams to drive improvements - Assist in the design and development of automated test systems and scripts for PCB evaluation - Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and configuration updates - Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal quality requirements, and safety protocols
