Schedule: PRN Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 601 E Rollins St City: Orlando State: Florida Postal Code: 32803 Job Description: Maintains good relationships with physicians, management, other departments, and staff, and investigates and responds to complaints in a timely manner. Actively participates in Cardiothoracic Service Line Performance Improvement projects and completes at least one project annually to improve outcomes and quality for Cardiothoracic patients. Supports customer and employee satisfaction activities of the organization. Anticipates the needs of the surgeon and keeps the circulating nurse informed of any needs throughout a procedure. Assists the team with safe and appropriate operating room turnover times in an efficient and organized manner. Work Experience: • 1+ cardiovascular operating room experience [Required] • Department specific advanced competencies [Preferred] Licenses and Certifications: • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] AND • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) [Required] OR • Technician in Surgery - Certified (NTSC) [Required] Physical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements) Physical Requirements - Pay Range: $23.71 - $44.09 This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
