Strong Arabic and English communication skills. The ability to manage several priorities effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification, such as HRCI, SHRM, or CIPD, is an advantage.
