Job description
The go-to P&C contact for Associates and managers across all markets, on everything from day-to-day questions to complex cases. Owns the full employee lifecycle on the ground and leads the P&C projects that come with running people operations across multiple countries. ### What You`ll Be Doing: Trusted advisor to managers: First point of contact for managers navigating people situations — from routine questions to difficult ones Coach managers on having good conversations and documenting decisions properly Build genuine relationships with local teams across markets Full employee lifecycle: Own the Associate journey end-to-end: onboarding, contract changes, role transitions, leave and absence, offboarding Handle the full cycle of moments that matter — not just entry and exit, but everything in between Employee relations & complex projects: Manage ER cases end-to-end: grievances, disciplinary processes, workplace investigations Lead cross-market P&C projects — restructurings, policy rollouts, process changes that touch multiple countries at once Coordinate with local legal counsel on complex or high-risk situations Prepare documentation and communications that are clear, fair, and legally sound Data & insight: Track ER and lifecycle data to spot patterns — recurring issues, risk areas, process bottlenecks Turn case data into practical recommendations for managers and leadership Contribute market-level insight to team-wide reporting Local expertise: Work closely with HR Legal and Administration to ensure compliance with local labour law, policies, and H&S requirements across covered markets Flag practical implications of legal or policy changes to managers and Associates Coordinate with HR Legal on works council or employee representative matters where applicable Support audits and inspections, with HR Legal and Administration as needed ### Our Expectations: Employee relations and compliance experience, ideally across more than one jurisdiction At least 4 years of proven experience in a similar role Experience in tech, fast-growing company is a plus Fluent English is a must, any of the additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese will be an asset Track record of leading projects end-to-end, not just executing tasks Comfortable working with case and process data to draw conclusions, not just record-keeping Comfortable with sensitive, high-stakes conversations Strong documentation habits: accurate, neutral, fact-based ### Why ADLOOK: The possibility of shaping your own professional development path within Adlook – part of the RTB House Group The opportunity to work in one of the scaling ad tech companies, within an international business environment External training budget and foreign language classes co-financing Competitive salary and and bonus scheme Substantive support from experienced and committed team
