Think again! **Requirements:** **Qualifications & Experience:** N6 Certificate in Human Resource Management **The skills we need:** - Computer Literacy - Strong Attention to Detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Data interpretation and presentation. - Understanding of socioeconomic and public policy issues. **Attributes required:** - Collaborative - Creative Energy - Hands on - Have an opinion and voice it - Strong communication skills - Strong problem solving skills **Key responsibilities:** - Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, reports and compliance documentation. - Provide first-line support to employees on HR queries, including leave, payslips, policies and benefits. - Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate administration and new-starter documentation. - Coordinate employee engagement activities, including wellness days, recognition events and team-building initiatives. - Provide administrative support for training coordination, including scheduling, attendance and training records. - Provide cross-functional HR support and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects. **This is an 18-month contract position.** **High Level:** At the takealot Group, ourInternship programme will help you build both technical and soft-skills to launch your career, learning from the best in the business.
