To succeed in this role, you should bring: Multinational Experience: Proven track record in international, multicultural environments—preferably within Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Aesthetics, or regulated industries. Dual HR & Management Focus: Hands-on expertise in full-cycle HR operations (talent acquisition, L&D, performance, and culture) coupled with strategic management skills (KPI tracking, process optimization, and goal cascading via PDCA or Lean). Analytical & Execution Mindset: Strong capability to diagnose operational bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analyses, and turn data into structured action plans. Leadership & Influence: Ability to build cross-functional trust, navigate local labor nuances, and act as an influential partner to regional leaders and executive management. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required); intermediate-to-advanced Portuguese is a strong asset for corporate alignment. Why us? Silimed is a globally recognized pioneer in medical devices and silicone technologies, dedicated to high-quality healthcare and medical aesthetics for over 45 years. Joining our team means stepping into an innovative, expanding international environment where people and quality truly come first. To support our team in Spain and EMEA, we offer an attractive and flexible environment, including: Permanent Contract (Contrato Indefinido): Long-term stability and security from day one. Hybrid Work Model: A flexible balance between working from home and collaborating in person. Home Office Allowance: Financial support to ensure your remote workspace is fully set up for comfort and efficiency. Lunch Vouchers: Daily meal allowances as part of your flexible benefits package. Impact & Growth: Direct influence over our EMEA footprint with the backing of a collaborative, global team.
