From a great onboarding experience to a respectful offboarding – you guide the full employee lifecycle. People & Operations Support Employee requests stay on track and all records remain accurate and up to date. Administrative recruiting processes run smoothly and candidates get the professional experience they deserve. Responsible for the invoice cycle — reviewing, processing, and tracking payments. Cross-departmental workflows stay seamlessly on track — from following up on open items and maintaining trackers to ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. As our internal safety coordinator (Sicherheitsbeauftragter), coordinating with our external occupational-safety specialist and company doctor, and organizing first-aiders, fire-safety helpers, and safety instructions. All relevant certifications stay on your radar, ensuring we’re always compliant and well-prepared. Requirements Education: A completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field – whether that’s business administration, HR, facility management, or something similar. Experience: 2+ years of experience in office management, HR, finance, or operations – you know how to keep things running. Safety Know-how: Any exposure to occupational health & safety is a welcome bonus – and if not, no worries at all. We’ll get you fully certified and set up for success from day one. Mindset: Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset — you spot issues before they become problems Attention to Detail: A careful and reliable working style, especially when it comes to documentation and keeping records up to date. Tech Skills: Good MS Office skills, including Excel — working with data, trackers, and reports comes naturally to you Languages: Strong communication skills in both English and German – German is essential for working with local authorities and safety regulations.
