You will operate across both strategic and hands-on people partnering, bringing a strong commercial lens to complex workforce matters while leading initiatives that grow our leadership capability, performance, engagement and culture. About the role
As a People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, enabling strong, people centred decision making.
You will operate across both strategic and hands-on people partnering, bringing a strong commercial lens to complex workforce matters while leading initiatives that grow our leadership capability, performance, engagement and culture. - Using data, insights and trends to inform recommendations and support sound decision making
- Building strong, influential relationships across the business to understand context, risks and opportunities
