Job Title: Performance Tester Key Skills: JMeter, Java Experience: 5+ years Location Mexico City, Mexico Mode: Hybrid We at Coforge are hiring Position (22659) with the following skill set. - At least 5-10 Years of Performance testing & engineering experience - Knowledge in at least one programming language (Java/C/Python etc.) - Strong hands-on experience using industry leading commercial and open-source Performance testing tools (primarily JMeter, LoodRunner is good to have) and experience in setting up Performance testing infrastructure for distributed testing for UI and API - Very good understanding of Performance testing life cycle, phases, activities and deliverables - Good experience in Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) analysis/validation and preparation of Performance Test Strategy - Good understanding of application architecture and different Tech stacks – experience with Docker and Kubernetes architecture - Ability to create Performance test plan in alignment with overall project scope and timelines, in coordination with the stakeholders - Strong experience in workload modeling and scenario design for different test types and load patterns, leveraging NFRs and Production feedback - Strong experience in carrying out different types Performance tests (Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, Volume etc.), depending on application type, usage pattern and architecture - Strong experience in server monitoring/APM tools (e.g. Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, NewRelic), Container monitoring - Experience in identifying potential performance issues/bottlenecks and carrying out in-depth Performance analysis – provide tuning recommendations - Debug Performance issues in collaboration with Dev and Infra teams - Strong communication skills and ability to run a large project and support multiple smaller projects - Attending client meetings, workshops, sharing updates & status reports, make presentations - Capability of learning new tools and technologies very quickly and carrying out proof of concepts (PoCs), based on market/client demands, and train others - Experience of Agile methodologies and CI/CD - Experience of Database Performance Monitoring like AWR report and CloudWatch Performance Insights - Experience of batch Performance testing - Good experience of client-side profiling - JVM Monitoring and tuning Posted On: July 31, 2026 At Coforge, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.
