# Personal Banker **Pay:** $19–$23/hour **Location:** Colorado ## About the Opportunity Switchboard is seeking a Personal Banker on behalf of our client, a well-established, privately held community bank with a long history serving families and businesses across the region (company name and details will be provided in your initial interview). This is a great fit for a customer-focused go-getter who enjoys building relationships, helping people with their financial needs, and being a key part of a supportive branch team. ## Responsibilities - Greet customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently - Balance and maintain a cash drawer daily - Open and close accounts including checking, savings, CDs, and NOW accounts - Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with branch customers - Cross-sell banking products and services based on individual customer needs - Perform basic loan administration as needed - Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements ## Requirements - Cash handling experience required - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to multitask and maintain close attention to detail - Professional appearance and demeanor - Sales experience preferred but not required ## Benefits - Competitive pay ($19–$23/hour) - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with employer match after one year - Paid time off and holidays - Ongoing training and career development opportunities
