Job description

**Level One:** Must be 18 years or older; Must have a high school diploma or GED; Must be able to speak and read in English; Must have reliable transportation; Must complete and become certified in First Aid and CPR; Must be a CNA or GNA; at least one year experience preferred. Must have recent Physical and PPD/TB or Chest Xray. **Level Two:** Must be 18 years or older; Must have a high school diploma or GED; Must be able to speak and read in English; Must have reliable transportation; Must complete and become certified in First Aid and CPR; Must be a CNA/GNA and/or certified in Medication Administration; one year experience preferred. Must have recent Physical and PPD/TB or Chest Xray.
