We offer growth opportunities with potential for advancement This position is located in Hudson, OH Hours of the position are flexible Hours of operation are 8:15am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday Ongoing training and development Responsibilities for the Pharmacist: Ensure the responsible use of medications and all aspects of pharmacy operations while effectively and efficiently maintaining compliance with all regulatory agencies and state boards of pharmacy. Help maintain policies and procedures for the procurement, storage, and dispensing of drugs. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee, track, and implement new Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance to current and updated accreditation standards (ACHC, URAC, NABP). Key Requirements: Must be a graduate of an ACPE accredited College or School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy or PharmD degree. State of Ohio Pharmacist License in good standing Additional state pharmacist licenses highly preferred but not required Working knowledge of Third-Party adjudication and resolution Knowledge and understanding of related accreditation and performance standards Ability to communicate in a multi discipline environment across all business units Must exhibit excellent telephone, customer service and computer skills with the desire to represent the department in a professional and courteous manner
