In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive medical record reviews and provide objective, evidence-based opinions on cases involving musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain conditions, rehabilitation services, functional impairment, and treatment planning.This fully remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the ability to customize your workload while working as a 1099 independent contractor.Position DescriptionAs a Physician Reviewer, you will evaluate medical records, prepare concise clinical summaries, and provide independent medical opinions in response to specific questions posed by our clients. Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Current, unrestricted Connecticut medical license
- Active clinical practice or recent experience in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience
- Experience evaluating musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, pain management, and functional impairment cases preferred
- Ability to attend required orientation and training sessions
- Maintain all applicable licensure, certifications, credentialing, and professional requirements necessary to perform reviewer services
