This role is open to experienced clinicians and **new graduates who are ready to begin their PT career** in a supportive clinic setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, build treatment plans, provide skilled therapy, educate patients, and track progress throughout the plan of care. The patient age range is **11 to 90 years old**, creating variety in daily treatment needs and recovery goals. **Role Details** - Full-time Physical Therapist position - Competitive salary based on experience - New graduates are encouraged to apply - Modern outpatient orthopedic setting - Clinical team includes 2 PTs and 2 PTAs - EMR system: WebPT - Primary caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions **Schedule Options** **Preferred: Four 10-Hour Days** - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - Tuesday off weekly **Alternative: Monday–Friday Schedule** - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM - Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM **Patient Flow** - 7–15 patients per day - Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week - Patient ages range from 11 to 90 years old **Responsibilities** - Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments - Create care plans based on clinical findings and patient goals - Provide treatment for orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal pain, mobility concerns, weakness, and post-surgical recovery - Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, strengthening, stretching, balance work, and functional movement training - Educate patients on home programs, body mechanics, and safe recovery habits - Track patient progress and adjust plans of care when needed - Complete documentation accurately in WebPT - Coordinate with PTAs and clinic team members to support patient care ## Requirements - Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program - Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one - New graduates are welcome to apply - Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred - Strong patient communication and documentation skills - Ability to work with patients across different ages and treatment needs **Insurance Plans Accepted** Patients are covered through several insurance providers, including: - Blue Cross Blue Shield - UnitedHealthcare - Medicare - TRICARE - Humana - Aetna ## Benefits - Paid Time Off - Health Insurance - 401K Plan with 3% Company Match **Start or continue your Physical Therapy career in a clinic where you can learn, contribute, and work with a varied orthopedic caseload.
