Arpella Physical Therapy & Performance is a five-year-old outpatient practice based in Arnold, Maryland, built around a hybrid cash-pay and insurance model. We hold ourselves to a higher standard of patient experience than a typical clinic, backed by our own internal training systems, culture handbook, and brand. Our team is high-energy, growth-minded, and genuinely invested in each other's success. In your first year at the Edgewater location, you will have built a loyal client caseload of motivated community members, athletes, coaches, and those seeking the complete PT experience, established Arpella as the club's embedded performance and recovery resource, and positioned yourself to take over day-to-day leadership of the location as it grows. Mitch Stanley, DPT, Arpella's owner and clinic director, will work directly alongside you as you build it together.
