Franciscan Point Crown Point 12800 Mississippi Pkwy Crown Point, Indiana 46307 The Physical Therapist I is responsible for providing evaluation and treatment of the patient within the parameters of legal and professional guidelines, and hospital and departmental policies and procedures. The Physical Therapist instructs and directs Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as assigned. This position evaluates and implements the plan of care to improve, restore and enhance physical functional performance, and promote injury prevention. The Physical Therapist performs documentation and quality improvement, as outlined in departmental policies and procedures. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Outpatient Physical Therapist Part time (24 hrs per week) - Lymphedema Lymphedema Experience or Interest in Learning Lymphedema is required 1:1 Therapist/Patient Focused Care Mentorship Continuing Education opportunities Days Opportunity to work at various Franciscan Health therapy locations.
