KeystoneCare is a non-profit home care agency that meets and exceeds patient's therapeutic needs in their homes.Under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, the Home Care Physical Therapy Assistant follows the patient’s established plan of care. The Physical Therapy Assistant is a specialist in preserving functional capacity or re-establishing function in disorders of the musculoskeletal, neuro-muscular, cardiovascular, respiratory, and integument systems. Treatment is aimed at relieving pain and developing or restoring muscle strength, coordination, endurance, range of motion, and motor skill consistent with the functional capacity and individual needs of each patient. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school specific to Physical Therapy
- Current PA professional license
- Minimum one year of experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable vehicle
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- Possesses the ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Possesses the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the care team
- Possesses good organizational skills.
- Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
