Collaborative Environment : Participate in weekly Multidisciplinary Tumor Board Conferences to discuss and plan patient care. Innovative Telemedicine : Extend your reach with our community cancer center and telemedicine services utilizing TCON, E consults and virtual patient visits. Research Opportunities : Engage in cutting-edge clinical trials through our NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) grant. Accredited Programs : Our program is recognized as an Integrated Network Cancer Center program (INCP) accreditation by Comprehensive Community Cancer Program and holds a National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers by the American College of Surgeons. Leadership Structure : Essentia Health is a dyad-led organization with strong physician and administrative leadership Advanced EMR : We utilize EPIC electronic medical record in both inpatient and ambulatory facilities, ensuring top-tier electronic medical record utilization. Job Specifics Consultative Call Only : Hospitalists handle admissions and night coverage. Patient Load : Manage an average of 12-14 follow-up visits and 1-2 new patients daily. Team Dynamics : Join a growing team of 4 MDs and 3 APC, with anticipated future grown/expansion. Regional Outreach : Provide care one to two days day per week at regional clinics in Park Rapids and Fosston, MN. Call Schedule : Approximately 10 days of call per month. Technology : Utilization of the EPIC electronic medical record system. Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology Experience : Proven experience as a Hematology/Oncology Physician COMPENSATION $535,000 . Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
