Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

- Current, unrestricted Georgia medical license
- Active clinical practice or recent experience in Orthopedic Surgery
- Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience
