Our planning team partners closely with municipalities to provide planning and zoning support that strengthens communities and drives sustainable growth. We specialize in community planning, area and neighborhood planning, zoning and land use regulations, revitalization strategies, environmental planning, grant services, and robust community engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in community planning, zoning, engagement and data analysis. The candidate may also participate in a broad range of other planning services offered by LaBella Associates including revitalization planning, housing analysis, grants, and community engagement. Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills are essential for the position. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with an eagerness to learn any of these duties.
