Job description

🦖💜 **NEW HAVEN, WE HAVE A SITUATION. PLEASE DO NOT PANIC. BUT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NEEDS TO SEE THIS.** 💜🦖🚨 Have you ever wanted a job that doesn't make you question every life decision you've ever made by 10:17 AM? 😭 Do you have the personality of a golden retriever, the patience of a kindergarten teacher, and the ability to celebrate a UNO victory like you've just won the lottery? 🎉🃏 WELL, HELLO THERE, BEAUTIFUL HUMAN. 👁️👄👁️ **WE MAY HAVE JUST FOUND OUR PERSON.** 🎉💜 **NOW HIRING: BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN / ABA PARA!** 💜🎉 📍 **NEW HAVEN, CONNECTICUT** 💸 **$25–$30 PER HOUR!** 🎨 **MEANINGFUL WORK. FUN ACTIVITIES. NO BORING HUMAN BEHAVIOR REQUIRED.** ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🧠 **THE JOB DESCRIPTION, BUT MAKE IT WEIRD.** Imagine getting paid to play games, get creative, celebrate little victories, and help a child learn important life skills. Sounds suspiciously wholesome, right? 🤨 Here's the plot twist: **YOU'RE ACTUALLY MAKING A DIFFERENCE.** 💜 You'll work one-on-one with a child, supporting their learning, confidence, communication, and development through fun, engaging activities. Your professional duties may include: 🎲 **UNO DIPLOMACY:** Negotiating a peaceful resolution after someone plays a Draw Four. 🎨 **ARTISTIC OPERATIONS:** Creating masterpieces that may or may not resemble a dinosaur having an existential crisis. 🏆 **VICTORY CELEBRATIONS:** Treating a little milestone like your favorite team just won the championship. 🧩 **SKILL-BUILDING MAGIC:** Helping a child learn new skills and gain independence. 💜 **HEART WORK:** Supporting autistic children as they learn, grow, and thrive. 😂 **GOOFY HUMAN ACTIVITIES:** Being playful, encouraging, and enthusiastic while still being responsible. Basically, you get to bring your personality to work AND do something that matters. **SOMEWHERE, YOUR 9-TO-5 DESK CHAIR IS CRYING.** 🪑😭 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 💰 **THE PAYCHECK HAS ENTERED THE CHAT.** 💸 **$25–$30 PER HOUR!** That's right. TWENTY-FIVE. TO. THIRTY. DOLLARS. AN. HOUR. Your wallet: “Wait… is this character development?” Your bank account: “I would like to hear more.” Your bills: “We remain cautiously optimistic.” YOU: “EVERYONE PLEASE LET ME READ THE JOB POST.” 😂💸 ⏰ **LOOKING FOR PART-TIME WORK?** This opportunity may be a great fit if you're balancing school, another job, or other responsibilities. Ask us about available schedules! 🎓 **STUDYING PSYCHOLOGY, EDUCATION, SPECIAL EDUCATION, OR SPEECH THERAPY?** Get hands-on experience that could help you build your skills and strengthen your resume. 🌈 **WANT WORK THAT FEELS MEANINGFUL?** Imagine leaving work knowing you helped a child learn something new, build confidence, or reach a personal goal. That's the kind of win you can't put a price on. Although, apparently, we can put a paycheck on the work. 💸💜 🤝 **TRAINING AND SUPPORT PROVIDED!** You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who wants to learn and is ready to grow. We are hiring a Behavior Technician, not recruiting for the Avengers. 🦸‍♀️ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🦄 **ARE YOU A RARE SPECIES OF HUMAN?** ✅ Patient and compassionate. ✅ Reliable enough to show up when expected. Revolutionary, we know. ✅ Energetic, positive, and ready to engage. ✅ Comfortable working with children. ✅ Willing to learn and accept guidance. ✅ Excited about helping children develop important skills. 🎓 **RBT CERTIFICATION? NOT REQUIRED!** You do NOT have to be a Registered Behavior Technician to apply. If you're caring, dependable, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you! No cape. No magic wand. No PhD in LEGO architecture. Just a good heart and a willingness to make a difference. 💜🧱 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚨 **NEW HAVEN, CONNECTICUT: YOUR SCROLLING HAS LED YOU HERE FOR A REASON.** 🚨 Maybe you're looking for extra income. Maybe you're tired of jobs that feel like watching paint dry. Maybe you love working with children and want to do something meaningful. OR MAYBE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT HAS STARTED SENDING YOU PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE EMAILS. 📩😭 Whatever your reason, we would love to connect! 📍 **NEW HAVEN, CONNECTICUT** 💸 **$25–$30 PER HOUR** 💜 **NOW HIRING: BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN / ABA PARA** 🎓 **RBT CERTIFICATION NOT REQUIRED** 📞 **INTERESTED? SEND US A MESSAGE OR GIVE US A CALL TODAY!** ✨ Come for the opportunity. Stay for the purpose. Help a child grow while building your own experience. 💜 **WE WANT YOU. YES, YOU. THE PERSON WHO JUST READ AN ENTIRE JOB POST ABOUT A DINOSAUR WITH FINANCIAL CONCERNS.** 🦖💸😂 P.S. The dinosaur is not in charge of hiring. We checked with HR. 😭 ![]()
