**ABOUT** NewForm is the creative intelligence company. We help category disruptors like Kalshi, ElevenLabs, Babbel, and others scale paid ads by turning creative into a measurable, repeatable growth system. We oversee $100M+ per year in paid media spend and create thousands of human ads each month, with each ad making our system smarter. **THE ROLE** As a playable ads editor, you will be responsible for executing the vision set by creative strategist. You will be responsible for turning game or app concepts into HTML5/Unity/Cocos-based interactive ad creatives, from prototype to final build, optimized for performance, engagement, and ad network requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Build interactive playable ads using Unity or other similar tools - Create simple gameplay mechanics strictly for ad purposes - Optimize playables for performance and ad network requirements - Collaborate with designers and US-based creative strategists **REQUIREMENTS** - MUST have hands-on experience with creating playable ads - Strong traditional editing skills - Strong communication and organizational skills - A sharp eye for what makes a winning paid ad creative - Ability to manage creative production workflows **BENEFITS** - This is a a full time remote position. - Competitive compensation based on geo. - Competitive bonus (top editors earn 500/mo in bonuses)
