**Help us make a big green dent in the universe.** We're on a mission to drive the global renewable energy revolution, and [we need loads more people](https://octopus.energy/press/800-million-dollar-investment-to-accelerate-Octopus-Energy-global-clean-energy-growth/) to help us make our vision a reality. ### You'll be responsible for: - Working as part of a team of two to install low carbon technology in customers’ homes, starting with Air Source Heat Pumps. - Using your knowledge and experience of domestic heating and plumbing systems to prepare and install unvented cylinders, pipework, and radiators - Planning and communicating with the wider team and customers - Continuously learning about new technologies at our innovative R&D training centre ### What do we need from you? - Minimum Level 2 NVQ in: Plumbing and Heating or Mechanical Engineering Services - Plumbing (domestic) **AND/OR** Gas Qualified with CCN1 and CENWAT, held for a minimum of three years - Experience on the ‘wet’ side of domestic heating systems - Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points ### Other qualities we'd love to see include: - A laser customer focus - communication is key - A proactive, ‘can do’ attitude - A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills - WRAS Water Supply Regs or UHW10/HWSS Unvented DHW Storage Systems can also be beneficial but not essential! ### Join us in the Octoverse! - £26,000 - £30,000 base salary with overtime available (+ London weighting if living within M25) - £2,500 annual performance bonus - Share Options in Octopus Energy - £25 per week lunch allowance - Training programme at our groundbreaking R&D centre - Use of company tools, uniform and all PPE - Company Vehicle and fuel - Support for personal development in Renewable Tech
