Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on piping, fixtures, and plumbing equipment
- Identify issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repairs, and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service documentation and job records
- Follow safety standards, building codes, and company procedures
- Represent Rooter Hero professionally at all job sites
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
