Valid Illinois Journeyman Plumber License required Valid driver's license 4+ years of plumbing experience required Residential plumbing service experience required Light commercial plumbing experience preferred Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to independently perform plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance, and service Hands-on drain cleaning, sewer rodding, and sewer service experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to train and mentor plumbing apprentices Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety procedures, and industry best practices Ability to maintain accurate service records and documentation Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment Must be willing and available to participate in rotating on-call coverage, including after-hours emergency service and weekends.
