🇩🇪 PMLS Account Manager – Direktvertrieb Westdeutschland Location: Dusseldorf, Germany | Ruhrgebiet, Germany | Koln, Germany | Bonn, Germany | Sauerland, Germany Gebiet: PLZ 40–42, 44–47, 50–53, 57–59 (Düsseldorf, Ruhrgebiet, Köln/Bonn, Sauerland) Positionsüberblick Sie sind verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Pflege direkter Kundenbeziehungen, um ambitionierte Umsatzziele zu erreichen und den Marktanteil in Ihrem Vertriebsgebiet (Westdeutschland) nachhaltig zu steigern. Die Rolle kombiniert aktive Neukundengewinnung mit strategischer Bestandskundenentwicklung und erfordert ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Beziehungsmanagement sowie ein solides technisches Verständnis. Ihre Aufgaben Neugeschäft & Akquise: Proaktive Identifikation und Gewinnung neuer Kunden, gezielte Marktbearbeitung und Ausbau von Marktanteilen durch strategische Vertriebsaktivitäten Kundenbeziehungen: Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern in Krankenhäusern und Gesundheitseinrichtungen Umsatzverantwortung: Erreichung von Umsatz-, Auftrags- und Margenzielen durch strukturiertes Gebietsmanagement und professionelles Pipeline-Management Komplexe Verkaufsprozesse: Steuerung anspruchsvoller Ausschreibungs- und Beschaffungsprozesse (z. B. This role combines new business acquisition with strategic account management and requires strong relationship-building skills and solid technical product understanding. Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Proactively identify and win new customers, drive market penetration and expand market share Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across hospitals and healthcare institutions Revenue Ownership: Deliver on sales, order intake, and margin targets through effective territory and pipeline management Complex Sales Cycles: Manage complex procurement processes, including tenders and multi-stakeholder environments Account Growth: Develop strategic account plans and drive growth within key customers Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to clinical audiences Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity, market trends and customer feedback Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored customer solutions Negotiation: Lead pricing strategy and contract negotiations Customer Satisfaction: Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the full sales lifecycle Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or similar sectors Proven track record in new business development and account management Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to manage complex sales cycles Highly organised with a proactive, self-driven approach Strong technical aptitude Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 60–80%) Valid driving licence Fluent German and good English skills You must have the permanent right to work in the country you are applying for (e.g. Germany) 🌍 Application Requirement Unsere Geschäftssprache ist Englisch – Bewerbungen müssen in englischer Sprache eingereicht werden.
